I thought I might do a little interview with Faith to get to know her and Jamberry Nails a little better.
Hi Faith!
Tell me a little bit about the wraps
Our nail wraps are a solid film covering that can be applied directly to
the nail to achieve a look not found anywhere else. This special
material is both pressure and heat activated to create a watertight bond
to your nail. The film is finished with a high gloss protective layer
that prevents your nail wrap from chipping or scuffing or fading, very
much like nail polish will do.
This new nail treatment can be applied in just 15 minutes at home. With over 200 styles available, these designer wraps are made to last up to 2 weeks on fingers and 6 weeks on toes. Unlike traditional nail polish they won't chip, and require no drying time. They are latex-free, chemical free and vegan friendly! They make the perfect gift for any girl age 3-93! We now have a section for the littlest fingers ages 8 and under called Jamberry Juniors! These wraps are smaller and fit those tiny fingers even better than our regular wraps.
And other products?
In addition to nail wraps we also offer application kits...everything
you need minus a hair dryer to apply your wraps. We have 2 kits - one
has cuticle oil in it and the other doesn't. The cuticle oil can be
purchased on its own should you choose not to purchase a kit.
How did you get involved, Faith?
I became a rep when a friend of mine was selling them. I saw her advertising all over facebook and when I inquired about them she sent me a sample and a brochure. I applied the sample and fell IN LOVE with how great they looked and how easy it was especially being a single mom of two.
But what really hooked me was how many people in 1 day asked me who did my nails and could I give them the name of the salon. When I told them it wasn't a salon, and told them all about the product and how to get some for themselves, I realized I was crazy. Here I was giving out my friends info when it could be my own!!! Even a toll booth lady stopped me in the process of taking my money just to ask me about my nails!!!! Thats when I decided I needed to be doing this and get in on the Jamberry world. lol.
I am a stay at home mommy a single mommy of 2. My oldest is 13 and has Aspergers (high functioning autism) and my youngest is 16 months and she has health issues that require alot of running to dr's and the childrens hospital. So my job is to stay home and take care of them. Jamberry is my second job.
Tell me about the Jamberry company
Jamberry Nails was created by 3 sisters who were looking for a fun and
affordable way to stay on the cutting edge of fashion. After trips to
the salon, the money, sitters for their kids and juggling schedules they
all decided there had to be a better, simpler and less expensive way to
achieve the same fashionable high-end look on their nails....without
all the hassle. The 3 sisters went through trial & error and ideas
.... they finally found something that worked, and their friends and
family agreed. Upon seeing how excited their friends and family were
about this new idea, the hot new look...Jamberry Nails was born and
launched!!! They came up with the name Jamberry in a not so traditional
way....when searching and thinking about a name, one of their childrens
favorite story book was lying there on the table. One sister looked
down, looked at it - and it was perfect!! Jamberry!
Last year 2012, we celebrated our first full year being sold and
available as a DS (direct sales) company. Last time we counted we had
only an estimated 4,000 consultants nation wide. We are still considered
a ground level company and still considered brand new. So many people
out there have never ever heard of us let alone tried us out.

The Fall/Winter season is coming to a close...March 1st our new catalog
is coming out ... this means its out with the old and in with the new!

UPDATE: We now have a nail art studio where you can create your own wrap using
pictures of your kids or pets or anything you want!! you can even match a
color of something such as a dress or shirt or wall paper pattern and
put it on a wrap!!
