I decided to have a little fun and do a Leopard Print Manicure on my natural nails. Most of my friends thought they were Nail Shields, but I actually painted the pattern myself. I got a lot of compliments, even from guys. It was so easy to do - here's how:
1) Clear Base Coat
2) French Manicure
3) Make little dots or splotches on your nails with NYCs In a New York Minute Backstage Brown. Just use the brush, not a dotting tool - you dont want them to be circles or symmetrical.
4) Make C's around the spots with black nail art polish. Also make little black spots here and there in between, but not too many.
5) When that's dry, clear coat!

That manicure is fantastic!!
So neat! I can NOT do stuff like that no matter how hard I try! I have a 9 year old that is SO into nails, though, so I am going to need to start trying to do better!

Wow! You're really good! If I tried that, they would probably look like a disaster. :( I do like to give myself a nice pedicure complete with cutesy stickers, but anything I do to my hands seems to wear off quickly.
